Jackson Pro Plus Series Rhoads RR24 Mirror

Jackson’s first customer was the legendary guitarist Randy Rhoads, who asked them to create a model that met the demands of his technically challenging playing with visual panache. The result continues to evolve to meet and exceed the needs of modern technical players. The Pro Plus Series Rhoads RR24 is a proud claimant to the throne of high-tech guitars.

The Pro Plus RR24 pairs a single ply bound okoume body with a mirror top to a through-body three-piece maple/walnut neck. Bearing a pair of graphite rods for reinforcement, these stand against the assaults of temperature and humidity. The speedy neck profile is engineered for blazing guitar work, allowing fast playing and easier access to the upper frets. Featuring 24 jumbo stainless-steel frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays, the 12″-16″ compound radius ebony fingerboard is the ideal platform for heavy chording and fast, ripping solos.

Modern Seymour Duncan® Distortion humbucking pickups drive this guitar’s voice. They combine for highly balanced, flexible tone for even the most aggressive of playing styles. From pristine cleans to snarling distortion, these pickups can do anything. The sensitive Floyd Rose® 1000 Series recessed double-locking tremolo system adds expressive vibrato to notes and chords. With the tap of a finger, rock-solid tuning performance and precise intonation is in your hands.

The most recognizable of Jackson’s myriad offerings, the Pro RR24 boasts familiar aesthetics that keep Jackson® axes in high-demand. From the unique sharkfin inlays, pointed 6-in-line matching headstock and revolutionary body designs, this instrument is very distinctly a Jackson creation.
