Jackson JS Minion Concert Bass
Ideal for little shredders, the Jackson JS Minion Concert Bass provides massive low-end thunder in a compact package – at a steal!
This bass features a shortened 28.6″ scale length, poplar body, bolt-on maple neck with graphite-reinforcement rods and tilt-back headstock, and a 12″-radius amaranth fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays.
As opposed to the full-size, four-string Concert Bass (34” scale), the Minion Concert Bass features a shorter 28.6” scale length, ideal for children, young adults or petite adults who benefit from a more comfortable body size and frets placed closer together. A shorter scale length also favors “warmth” or more muddy overtones.
A Jackson P style neck pickup and Jackson J style bridge pickup power this 4-string bass, which also features a pair of volume knobs, single tone knob, hardtail bridge with black base plate and Jackson-branded tuners.
The P-style neck and J-style bridge pickups combine for a sonically full voice. Harness the classic and authoritative thump of a Precision Bass, along with the hard-hitting growl of a Jazz Bass.
The Concert Bass Minion JS1X is available in multiple bold colours, with black hardware and a colour-matched pointed headstock.
