The Washburn Bella Tono Elegante S24S has everything an acoustic guitar player could ask for! The Design Team at Washburn wanted to build an instrument with appointments of elegant design and taste, combined with premium sound and exceptional comfort of playability. Each Bella Tono model features Washburn’s Studio body shape. This shape was designed specifically to retain the best attributes of a full-sized body, while still delivering those of a smaller body. The result is a rich, full voice with clarity and projection, while retaining the tight focus of a smaller body. This refined body is matched up with a comfortable, modern neck profile and visually striking aesthetics, which results in guitars that you’ll love!
The Bella Tono Elegante S24S has everything you could ask for and then some. It features a Solid Spruce top and jaw-droppingly gorgeous Pau Ferro back & sides pairing. The soundboard is adorned with stunning abalone for both the rosette and purfling. This is then further accented with a rich Padauk highlight and Ebony binding. The Ebony fingerboard continues with the lush abalone appointments; depicting an inlaid scene of mountains and birds in flight.
The Washburn Studio body design makes for an incredibly comfortable playing experience. And all while managing to maintain the tight lows, focused mids and clear highs commonly associated with larger body sizes! The solid Spruce top helps define sonic nuances throughout the entire register of the instrument. Its full 25.5″ scale length extends an undeniable familiarity to the player and the satin finished, modern “C” profile of the Mahogany neck is smooth and cozy feeling in the hands.
