Awesome experience. Dropped my SG off for a service to Pipers the other week. I bought it from them 23 years ago and the same family is still behind the counter, so they are obviously doing something right. After a difficult fret dress and some electrical work, Rick took an overplayed, worn out guitar and made it play like new. I'm as happy as the 16yr old kid who picked it up in 2002.

Absolutely stunning guitar arrived in perfect condition very quickly without hassle. The team are very professional while also being personable and so helpful-even going so far as to assist in choosing the correct guitar case for my wife’s beautiful Washburn! They love their guitar and I can’t thank Piper’s enough for everything!
